Sanyo has announced that they are expanding their Xacti digital camcorder line with a set of entry-level shooters, which will be available in Japan on September. The Sanyo Xacti DMX-CG11 is equipped with a 10 megapixel CMOS sensor that is capable of high-definition recording of up to 720 pixels.
Other features include an integrated EyeFi, mini-HDMI connectivity options, 5x optical zoom, anti-shake mechanism, and a stereo mic. What makes it stand out is the way you hold this camcorder, which is similar to how you would handle a gun that you simply aim and shoot.
The Sanyo Xacti CG11 camcorder will be available in a variety of colors and can be purchased beginning September 11 for ¥30,000 ($318).
